Hey! I'm Sarah!
I made this blog in 2016, having no clue what I was doing or even what I was going to write about. I'm a follower of Jesus and I love to write this blog for Him and for His glory.
Ever since the age of eight, I've loved writing. I first started writing poetry which consisted of simple rhymes. As I got older I started writing stories and song lyrics. I love writing fiction, but I also love to write about what I've learned about God in my life.
Here are a few other facts about me:
- I have three sisters and we're all close. I love my family.
- I love the beach and the beautiful waves.
- I am in high school.
- I love music and will listen to nearly any genre, including country music, especially Thomas Rhett.
- I like to read and am down for almost any genre.
- I love to workout, especially strength training. I find it refreshing and therapeutic.
- I love to travel and see new places.
- The fall of 2019, I had the opportunity to travel to China for three weeks and it was incredible to see a different culture and the beautiful views!
I believe that the Bible is the living Word of God. I've seen evidence that it's true and I know that God sent Jesus, His Son who was both fully man and fully God, to die on a cross for our sins. The plan of redemption plays out throughout the entire Bible, unfolding to that moment and onto when Jesus rose from the dead, conquering death. I believe that we can have a personal relationship with God when we confess with our mouth that He is Lord and believe that Jesus is the Son of God and came to save us.
